This novel is perfect for kicking off in January because it helps the reader understand the importance of healthy habits (or resolutions). Atomic Habits is filled with practical implications and tangible tips to help create follow-through and everyday application. Small vocabulary alterations can change your mindset from "No thanks, I'm trying to quit." to the progressive, "No thanks, I'm not a smoker." and just like that- you are taking steps toward a better you.
