Jalapeño Cream Corn
This vibrant side dish is simple, and adds a bold contribution to any meal! Bring jalepeno cream corn to any work party or holiday function, and strut with pride as to begins to be the talk of the town.

Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
16 oz of frozen, or canned corn
12 oz jalapenos, canned or sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
If canned, drain the water from the corn
Over medium heat, heat corn
Add butter to the corn mixture
Once the butter is melted add jalepenos
Stir for four minutes
Add cream cheese and incorperate until a creamy consistancy is formed
Serve and enjoy
