Watermelon Mint Lemonade
Nothing says Springtime like a glass of Watermelon Mint Lemonade. This drink is tart, sweet, and tangy- everything I want in the perfect picnic refreshment! Inspired by the seasonal drink from Chick-Fil-A, the birthplace of all incredible things, this beverage will definitely leave you quenched.

Total Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 1 pitcher, 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 10 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed in one-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of mint leaves, loosely packed
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Directions:
- Create a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a pan over medium heat
- Heat the mixture for about 5-6 minutes or until the sugar has completely dissolved
- Set syrup aside and let it cool
- Pulse watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth (you may have to repeat this step multiple times depending on the size of your mixer)
- Strain watermelon through a mesh colander and discard the pulp
- Rinse blender and add the smooth watermelon juice back in
- Add the lemon juice + mint and blend until the mint is finely chopped
- Transfer the lemonade mixture to your serving pitcher and slowly add the simple syrup until you have reached desired sweetness
- Chill and serve over ice with lemon slices and mint sprigs
