It is no secret that to some, January feels like the longest month of the year. I blame the hustle + bustle of the Holidays, but this opportunity could be a blessing in disguise. January is the Monday of the year. It is a fresh opportunity and a chance to solidify those resolutions and establish a baseline with your word of the year. The easiest way to follow through with a "resolution" is to make it a lifestyle change. Stick to these free ways to refresh your outlook and develop a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Unfollow anyone who makes you anything other than inspired on social media
Wash your linen twice a month
Cultivate a signature dish
Research + stick to (at least one) overall daily vitamin
Travel alone regularly if financially possible
Keep healthy snacks in your purse and vehicle
