Rose Dalgona
Dalgona drinks are taking the world by storm! It seems like everywhere you look, a new version of this whipped wonder is popping up, and they all look so tasty. Rose Dalgona is a fun spin on the regular coffee recipe, and it tastes similar to Rose Milk Tea. With sweet, subtle floral notes, this drink will take you from fancy to fáncy at your next gathering.

Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
4 tbs of rose syrup
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of milk
Ice
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form
Add rose syrup + whisk until incorporated
In an empty cup add ice and milk
Slowly pour the whipped rose mixture on top of the milk (the whipped rose should float)
Stir + enjoy!
This drink is perfect for a slow afternoon or a girls' night in. Please note that the prep time may vary according to the type of mixer or whisk.
