Ingredients:
- 4 cups of spinach
- 2 cups of strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Place spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper in a large salad bowl
- Toss
- Add strawberries + walnuts
- Toss again
- Add feta cheese
- Toss a third time
