Chia Pudding

Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 cup of strawberries, or desired fruit for topping
Directions:
- Pour all of the ingredients, excluding the topping fruit into a jar
- Let the ingredients settle for 2- 3 minutes
- Mix well
- Cover the jar and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours (for maximum taste, overnight)
- When you are ready to enjoy, place the fruit topping on
- Devour
