Morning Mantras: The Best Way To Begin Your Day

What is a morning mantra? A morning mantra sets a positive intention for your focus and energy. It should empower you and help you maintain that mindset throughout the day. There is beauty and power in creating manifesting your reality. It does not matter how your day ends; it is imperative to begin every single morning with kind words to yourself. Speaking positivity into your life trains your mind to release oxytocin: a brain chemical that promotes well-being. In other words, once you say it, your mind will begin to believe it is true. So even if you do not necessarily feel the sensation behind the words you are declaring every morning, your mind will still place you on the path toward positive thinking concerning each situation of the day.

So what do you have to say in a mantra? Great news, a mantra can be absolutely anything you like! Take some time to sit and think about the mental space you are in, then determine where you want to be within a reasonable time frame (like the top of the month or a yearly quarter goal). Without going into great detail, begin to speak about how you want to feel and the person you want to become.

Mantras can be simple or complex, serious or comical. A mantra (like ours) can even have a catchy tune! The key is to be kind to yourself. Treat yourself to the positive energy you give out every single day. Mentally take care of yourself first, then the desire to live your best physical life will develop shortly after. You will begin to notice changes in productivity, activity, and physical ability. Your mind is a gift from God, and it is extremely powerful; treat yourself with mental respect.
